To celebrate her 40th birthday, Rébecca Chaillon is pushing the boundaries and orchestrating 40 hours of performances in every corner of the Carreau du Temple!

As the Poetic Lovers said, ‘Let's take our Temple’*

At the start of Scorpio season, during these few days when the haunted world celebrates all saints and all the dead, artist Rébecca Chaillon is celebrating her 40th birthday and naturally proposes to push the boundaries by orchestrating 40 hours of performances in every corner of the Carreau du Temple with her company, her artist friends and performers.

The Dans Le Ventre company invites us to an experience that celebrates time past, present and future. "We want to care, talk, dream, watch works together, work together. It's a performance for artists and audiences alike. Of course, we will revisit well-known performances and artistic and activist collaborations that have paved the way for the company's artists. But we will also try to ask ourselves, 'What will the next 40 years bring? How can we take care of ourselves and others when life has burned us out faster than expected? How can we procreate, save money, build a life in the diaspora, in a precarious community, and age and die with dignity? Rébecca Chaillon and the Dans Le Ventre Company

On the programme: performances, round tables, DJ sets, concerts, visual and performance installations, film marathon, nap room & podcasts, solidarity canteens...

*For those who are unfamiliar with the reference, Prenons notre temps is a hit song released in 1997 by the RnB group Poetic Lovers.
